Word-Centered
One of the best ways I know to be a missional people of God is to be passionately committed to being in God’s Word–not just on Sunday…not just in Bible class…not just in your small group…but in all aspects of your life. I’m indebted to a parishioner at Almond Valley who shared this resource with me some time ago. There are many ways to read through the Bible, but Andrew found this one to be tremendousy helpful to him personally and it makes a lot of sense to me why that is. Please feel free to download it below and use it as one way to saturate your life in the Word of God.
And if you accept the challenge and have encouragment to share with others who might be looking at this page, please be sure to share it.

Another resource that I’ve used personally and several of you have asked me about is called The Daily Office. I’ve been using this since starting my doctoral studies on the missional church. I favor Rite II as the language is more modern than Rite I but this is simply a matter of personal preferance. If it is useful to you in your personal devotional life, I encourage you to use it. Go to The Mission of St. Clare for more information.
